After much talked about “Udata Punja”, are terror-drug lobbies turning towards two more border states. According to the report, the drug enforcement agencies have found that heroin trafficking from Southwest Asian countries is now becoming more frequent through Gujarat and Jammu and Kashmir. As per Narcotics Control Bureau, last year 1,017.23 kg of heroin was seized from Gujarat and 207.46 kg was recovered from Jammu and Kashmir. In Punjab, the seizure was 406.03 kg.
