In an attempt to reach out to the electorate in the wake of a strong possibility of mini-elections following the disqualification of 20 AAP MLAs of Delhi assembly, deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia wrote an open letter to the people of Delhi on Monday accusing the BJP-led central government of putting a spoke in the wheel of the development work being carried out by the AAP government. "The MLAs you elected were axed without even giving them an opportunity to present their cases," Sisodia wrote in the letter in what appeared to be an effort to gain the sympathy of the people who had voted for these 20 MLAs.
