Afghanistan govt says that role of Pakistan’s ISI has been established in Kabul blast which killed 90 people. It is the work of the banned terror group-the Haqqani network, said Afghanistan Interior Ministry spokesperson Sediq Sddiqui. He added that Afghanistan expects Pakistan to crack down on Haqqani network and attack will impact ties between the two countries, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
