In Jammu and Kashmir, the polling for the second phase of Municipal Elections concluded peacefully this evening in the State for 263 Municipal wards. It includes 214 wards in Jammu region and 49 wards in Kashmir valley. Our Jammu correspondent reports that by 3 pm, 78 per cent electorates had cast their votes in Ramban followed by 75 per cent in Kathua district, Reasi 70 per cent, Udhampur 69 per cent, Kishtwar 68 percent and Doda 65 per cent.
