In the wake of deadly bomb attack in Kabul by militants allegedly backed by Islamabad, Afghanistan has cancelled the proposed home and away fixtures with Pakistan, who were to play their first Twenty20 match in Kabul later this year. The development leaves Pakistan’s cricketers even more isolated in the region. Afghans learnt to play cricket in refugee camps in Pakistan.
