The former Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) president Lalit Modi announced on twitter that he is stepping away from cricket administration on Saturday. In a three-page document, Modi stated that he has done his part for the betterment of Rajasthan cricket, and now it is BCCI's turn to honour their part of the promise, request the BCCI to release the funds due to RCA as soon as possible.
He went on to add that that funds were blocked precisely because of his presence and with his exit from all forms of cricket, at all levels, for ever, RCA deserves to reclaim their share and presence on the Indian cricket map.
