Antonio Guterres, United Nation secretary strongly condemned the terror attack against security personnel in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district, committed by Pakistan based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed, calling those behind the attack to be brought to justice.

Stephane Dujarric, Guterres’s spokesperson said that, “We strongly condemn attack in J&K and express our deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and to the government and the people of India.”
