Delhi Patial house court said, Businessman Robert Vadra cannot be arrested till February 16 in an alleged money laundering case. His lawyer KTS Tulsi also assured that Vadra will join ED investigation on February 6.
Vadra said, “he is being targeted and is being subjected to false prosecution which has a color of political witch hunt and that he is a law abiding citizen,”
The case is related to allegation of money laundering in the purchase of property which is located in London, worth 1.9 million pounds. This property is allegedly owned by Vadra as well as his brother in law Rahul Gandhi who is President of Congress party.
