A terror attack on a gurudwara in Kabul on Wednesday left 25 dead with international news agencies reporting that the Islamic State (IS), which has even earlier targeted Sikhs, had claimed responsibility for it.
In its response, India said such cowardly attacks on places of religious worship of the minority community, especially at this time of Covid-19 pandemic, reflects the diabolical mindset of the perpetrators and their backers.
