Setting aside an order by Patiala House court, the Delhi High Court on Tuesday said that Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha can stay in his government bungalow and would not have to vacate it.
The Delhi High Court allowed a plea moved by Raghav Chadha challenging the trial order which paved way for the Rajya Sabha Secretariat to evict him from a government bungalow.
