At least two employees serving at the headquarters of the Ministry of External Affairs here have tested positive for the novel coronavirus following which all the staffers who came in contact with them were asked to go for self-quarantine for 14 days. An officer working at the legal wing of the ministry and a consultant with the Central Europe Division tested positive for the infection earlier this week, sources said.
