Malayalam filmmaker R Sarath, whose work moved between cinema, documentaries, short films and visual art, died at a private hospital on Monday while undergoing treatment for health-related ailments. He was 65.His relatives informed the director's union that the funeral ceremony will take place today at 5:30 pm at Santhikavadam in Trivandrum.
