BJP on Monday won 15 of the 26 seats and Congress won nine seats in the elections to the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC). The remaining two seats have been won by Independent candidates. Polling for the elections started on October 13 and 14 with postal ballots and the final polling occurred on October 22.
