Supreme Court on Wednesday said it won't grant any stay on Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) without hearing the Centre and said it may refer pleas challenging its validity to a larger Constitution bench. It further gave the central government 4 weeks to file a reply. The court also said it will hold in-chamber hearing on procedural issue of the case.
