At least 11 people were killed after a civilian aircraft crashed in eastern France on Sunday, according to local authorities. The accident occurred in the town of Tomblaine, near the city of Nancy.
Emergency services rushed to the crash site as authorities launched a response operation. French daily L'Est Rpublicain reported that the aircraft was carrying skydivers at the time of the crash.
