The Covid-19 death toll in Gujarat crossed the 10,000-mark on Monday. With 6 more deaths, the toll mounted to 10,003. The state recorded 405 COVID-19 cases, pushing the total cases to 8,20,731. As many as 1,106 people were cured of the infection, taking the total recoveries to 8,01,181. The state has in all recorded 9,542 active cases of which 223 are on ventilator support. The state's recovery rate stood at 97.62.
