A 53-year-old Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) assistant sub-inspector allegedly shot himself dead at the residence of the director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) in Delhi's Tughlaq Road area on Friday.

The CRPF jawan, Rajbir Kumar, shot two rounds at himself with his service rifle AK-47 at around 4 pm on Friday. His posting was at the IB director's residence.
