The Delhi High Court on Thursday agreed to hear tomorrow a public interest litigation (PIL) petition seeking a probe by National Investigation Agency (NIA) into Cockroach Janta Party protest and its march to parliament on July 20. The matter was mentioned for urgent hearing before a Bench of Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia.
