The 23-year-old man accused in the rape and murder of a 22-year-old woman, daughter of a senior Indian Revenue Service (IRS) official, at her residence in Delhi, allegedly raped another woman in Rajasthan

The accused, identified as Rahul Meena, was arrested on Wednesday night after allegedly raping and murdering the daughter of an IRS officer in Delhi’s posh A mar Colony area. Rahul Meena stole around Rs 2.5 lakh after raping and murdering IRS officer’s daughter. He was a domestic help in the house he targeted until a few month ago.
