Karnataka chief minister-elect DK Shivakumar will take oath as the Chief Minister today, thereby ushering in a new chapter in Karnataka politics. The 64-year-old Congress leader, will be sworn in at 4:05 pm at the Glass House in Lok Bhavan, where Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot will administer the oath of office and secrecy.
