The Election Commission has barred Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Azam Khan from election campaigning for 72 hours starting from 10 am tomorrow for violating Model Code of Conduct during his election campaign held in Rampur. BJP leader Maneka Gandhi from campaigning for 48 hours for her communal remarks. Maneka Gandhi will face the censure for two days starting 10 am on Tuesday. The EC order comes three days ahead of the phase two Lok Sabha elections.
