The Election Commission said disposed of the complaint against PM Narendra Modi over his 'Bhrashtachari No. 1' remark against former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
"Prima facie, we did not figure out any literal violation of MCC as given in Election Commission of India instructions. The case is therefore disposed off ,” EC said in response to the complaint
