Former Finance Minister has been admitted to All India Institute of Medical Association in Delhi. He was admitted on August 9 after he complained of palpitations and restlessness.  He is under observation. Arun Jaitley is currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team of doctors. At present he is hemodynamically stable," AIIMS in a statement said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister and BJP President Amit Shah, and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla visited the hospital to inquire about his health.
