The Supreme Court on Friday took the LLM student, who is allegedly facing a threat after levelling allegations of sexual harassment against former Union minister and BJP leader Swami Chinmayanand, under its protection and made arrangements for her stay in Delhi.
The girl was brought to the capital on court’s orders after the UP government informed the bench that the girl had been found in Dausa in Rajasthan. The court decided to place the girl in a hostel after she refused to go back to Uttar Pradesh.
