The Delhi High Court on Wednesday said it will appoint three senior advocates as amicus curiae to represent Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Durgesh Pathak— who have chosen to boycott proceedings in CBI's petition challenging their discharge in the corruption case related to the alleged liquor policy scam.
The Aam Aadmi Party leaders decided to boycott the hearing following Justice Sharma's refusal to recuse from the hearing.
