BJP leader Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday (May 12) was sworn in as the Assam Chief Minister for a second consecutive term. Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya administered the oath of office and secrecy to Sarma at the Veterinary Field in the Khanapara area in Guwahati.
