Supreme Court on Monday ordered former Finance Minister P Chidambaram will not be sent to Tihar jail in the INX Media case for now. The apex court further asked Chidambaram to approach the concerned court for interim bail. The Supreme Court said that if the trial court rejects Chidambaram's bail plea, his CBI custody will be extended till September 5.
