Meta removed over 18 million pieces of objectionable content from Facebook and Instagram in India in February. This action followed 18,512 reports for Facebook and 12,709 reports for Instagram received through the Indian grievance mechanism. Meta provided tools for issue resolution in several cases and took action on thousands of complaints, complying with IT Rules.
