Microsoft has urged its workers with the H-1B and H-4 visa to return to the United States by tomorrow, September 21 12:00 ET, before the deadline expire. The announcement comes hours after US President Donald Trump issued a proclamation imposing a $100,000 fee on H-1B visa applications.
