A Mumbai court has summoned Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over a criminal defamation case against him for calling PM Narendra Modi "commander-in-thief" last year while taking a dig at him over Rafale deal. The Congress leader has been asked to appear in the court on October 3. The case was filed by BJP worker Mahesh Shrishrimal.
