Mumbai-Kolhapur Mahalaxmi Express carrying around 2,000 passengers has been stuck between Badlapur and Vangani due to waterlogging. Railway Protection Force (RPF) has reached the site, while the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) will be reaching shortly. The RPF is distributing biscuits and water to the stranded passengers.
