The apex court three-judge bench on Thursday pronounced that the review petition of Akshay Kumar Singh, one of the convicts in 2012 gang rape case will be heard on December 17 at 2 pm. The Patiala Court has summoned all the parties in the case on December 13 morning and everyone has been asked to be present in the courtroom sharp at 10 am. Sources stated that all the convicts in the case will be produced through video conferencing citing security reasons.
