The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Sunday directed its departments to deny security clearance for passport verification, government scheme benefits and services to those involved in law and order issues, stone-pelting cases and other crimes. It also asked the officials to refer to digital evidence like CCTV footage, audio clips and photographs for this.
