Solicitor General Tushar Mehta on Thursday told Delhi High Court that "it was not conducive to file FIR now over hate speech" against three BJP leaders. The court was hearing a plea seeking registration of FIRs against BJP leaders for allegedly making provocative statements leading to riots in Delhi. The court granted four weeks to Centre to file a response.
