Dr Mohammad Faisal, Spokesperson, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan on Thursday said, "There would be no second consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav." Pakistan had earlier offered consular access to the retired Indian Navy officer in August. This was after the International Court of Justice found Pakistan guilty of violating the Vienna Convention and ordered it to grant Jadhav consular access.
