Rajasthan Royals on Saturday announced that head coach Rahul Dravid will step down from his role with the franchise ahead of IPL 2026. As part of a recent structural review, the franchise had offered Dravid a broader role, but the former India captain and head coach has opted not to take up the position.
After the T20 World Cup, the former India cricketer was appointed as the head coach of the inaugural champions. He also brought in Vikram Rathour, as the latter was announced as batting coach.
