Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Thursday released party's manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections in Assam, with a focus on 11 sectors. According to Gandhi, the 11 sectors in which the party manifesto focuses are governance, identity, healthcare, infrastructure development, industrialisation, agriculture, rural and urban development, climate change and a secured Assam.
