Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday laid the foundation stone for the proposed Thal Sena Bhawan- Indian Army's new headquarters in Delhi Cantonment. "Thal Sena Bhawan has been conceptualised as a multistory green building in consonance with environmental norms," Indian Army tweeted. The new Army headquarters will come up near the Manekshaw Centre and will be spread over 39 acres.
