Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the son and former heir apparent of Libya's late ruler Muammar Gaddafi, has been killed in the northern African nation, senior Libyan officials told The Associated Press (AP). The 53-year-old died in Zintan town, located 136 kilometres southwest of Tripoli. The exact circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear.
