The Trinamool Congress (TMC) suffered another setback on Wednesday after Rajya Sabha MP Sushmita Dev resigned from her position, becoming the second party parliamentarian to step down within a week.
The development comes days after senior TMC leader Sukhendu Shekhar Roy announced his resignation, raising fresh questions about the party's strength in the Upper House.
