Indian benchmark equity indices BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 were trading higher on Tuesday, tracking gains in global markets. At around 12 PM, the BSE Sensex was up 1050 points, or 1.19 per cent higher at 78,350, while the Nifty 50 was at 23,750, up 303 points, or 1.29 per cent.
