The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested three individuals suspected of having ties with Pakistan's ISI and a terrorist named Shehzad Bhatti. These suspects were captured from different states in North India, including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab.
The suspects have been identified as Hargunpreet Singh from Punjab, Vikas Prajapati from Madhya Pradesh's Datia, and Arif from Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor.
