Amit Jani, producer of 'Udaipur Files', has alleged receiving “death threats” in the wake of the film’s nationwide release. The film, which finally hit theatres on August 8 after delays over censorship concerns, stars Vijay Raaz in the lead and is directed by Bharat S Shrinate and Jayant Sinha.
In a social media post shared on August 9, Jani claimed he had been getting “repeated calls from an unknown number, with the caller threatening to kill him with a bomb or shoot him.” He has urged authorities to investigate the matter.
