Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya had a narrow escape after the helicopter he was travelling in was forced to make an emergency landing in Lucknow due to experiencing a technical glitch mid-air.
According to an official statement from the Deputy Chief Minister's office, the helicopter was flying from Lucknow's La Mart Ground to Kaushambi when the incident occurred as it suddenly filled with smoke. He is safe now, with no injuries
