Vice President Venkaiah Naidu said on Friday that the temporary decline in cases of COVID-19 in India shouldn't make citizens complacent. Addressing the scientists and staff members of the Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech, Naidu urged citizens to continue wearing face masks and maintaining social distance. "It is [our] duty...to act responsibly. We can't afford to invite the third wave," he added.
