Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Friday praised the Women's Reservation Bill but called it a "distraction and diversion tactic from the demand for a caste census".
Addressing a press conference, Rahul Gandhi said, "Women's reservation is a good thing, but we found two footnotes - one is that the Census will have to be done before implementation of the bill, and the second is delimitation."
