Two young women, Rehana Fathima and S Kavitha, almost created history on Friday as they reached within hailing distance of Sabarimala’s sanctum sanctorum, a site strictly out of bounds for women aged between 10 and 50 till the Supreme Court, in its historic verdict on September 28, allowed all women the right to pray at the temple.
