A local court on Tuesday ordered the Kanti police station house officer to lodge an FIR against Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani and Congress leader Alpesh Thakor. The Kanti SHO has been directed to inform the court within a week.
The court of SDJM Saba Alam at Muzaffarpur heard a petition filed by social activist Tamanna Hasmi alleging that both the Gujarat leaders stoked communal and regional hatred and incited attacks on the migrants from Bihar.
