During a press briefing on Saturday, Congress president Rahul Gandhi addressed the PNB scam and blamed PM Narendra Modi for destroying the financial system of the country. "In the meeting, Chidambaram ji mentioned a scam of Rs 22,000 Crore cannot have been done without a high-level protection. Sarkar must have known about it. PM will have to come forward and answer questions," Rahul Gandhi said. Rahul Gandhi also slammed Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and PM Modi for not addressing the PNB scam. "PM Modi can speak to kids for over an hour about how to give exams, but he cannot say who is responsible for the Rs 22,000 crore loss. Several ministers so far have addressed the scam but so far, finance minister and PM Modi have kept mum," he said.
