Today a session court will begin hearing in the Sunanda Pushkar case in which her husband and Congress MP from Thiruvananthapuran Shashi Tharoor will appear before court.
MP has been charged under section 498-A (husband or his relative subjecting a woman to inhumanity) and 306 of Indian Penal Code, but has not been arrested.
